happy dog ~ [fargo pet photography]
It’s time to announce the casting call I mentioned last week! Ever since we have gotten our two puppies Emme and Mya, I have turned into one of “THOSE PEOPLE” who treat their dogs like their babies. And I gotta figure… I am not the only one out there who does that! Which got me to thinking, if you have little furry family members who are like your children, wouldn’t you want some great photos of them for your home? Thus, I proudly present the newest division of rialee photography… Happy Dog. Of course I’m going to need some help from my dear blog readers to launch this project. If you are one of those people who talk “baby talk” to your dog, dress them up in little sweaters, and buy them Christmas and birthday gifts, then WE are the photographer for you! And now is your chance to get great portraits of your sweet little buttercup at a very nice price. How about FREE?

Happy Dog photo sessions can either be held up at the studio, at your home, or at a local park. The style of these portraits will remain the same as my other work… modern, crisp, fresh and most of all REAL!

A few other things for the blog on this Monday morning…
Several blog readers asked me where they could get their hands on some of those vintage flower frogs that I showed in my post about my house, and I wanted to let you know that I saw quite a few at the Moorhead Antique Mall when I was there this weekend. So grab ‘em before they are gone! [I already bought three of them to add to my collection.]

And while you’re there, make sure to check out our booth. We have lots of new cute spring/summer finds.

I also wanted to share a few photos I took this weekend of our sweet girl Mya who is pictured in the stripe sweater above. We had only had her for one day when I took that shot and she has changed so much!
Here she is ignoring me. “What’s that you say mommy? You want me to look at you? Okay, but just my eyes. That’s all.”

“Cause grass, bugs, and dirt are super tasty.”
“Oh…you will get me a TREAT???? I will look up for that!”

“Yes please… treat,treat,treat.”
“….you just said that word to get me to look at you, didn’t you?”
Yes, I regularly wonder what my dogs are thinking, and occasionally make up conversations for them. I am one of “THOSE PEOPLE”. And proud of it.

So, would you do pics of our “baby?” He’s a 104 pound chocolate lab. We dont dress him but he’s a hoot. And, yes, we baby talk him and let him run our household. I’ll send you pics. You’ll fall in love.

Jackie… thanks for noticing. I was wondering when someone would mention that. I’m totally discriminating against cats. I find them creepy and unpredictable and am just plain scared of them. If you want gorgeous pics of Butter, I’m not your girl.

I just LOVE that last picture of Mya with Kennedy. You totally captured my view of her personality. Gotta get Miss Hazel down there… and Old Miss Bailey too for a family pet picture! I think it was me that instilled your creepiness of cats… sorry!
