I’m finally posting the project that I have been working on for the last week. It was a little bit more work than I had originally planned, but only because I decided to create these cute little story boards in photoshop to post on the blog.

As you might know, I have been inspired by the whole Project Life idea, as well as the idea of  a “ week in the life”. I have also been thinking about how technology in this day and age has completely changed how we record our moments and how we tell our “story”. So a couple of weeks ago I decided to tackle a DAY-in-the-life project using just my iPhone.

Now… there is a high likelyhood that this post may bore you to tears. Especially if you are my 16-year-old daughter. I can just hear her now… “Mom, nobody cares about your life, or your job, or your kids or your dogs. Seriously… nobody cares.” And even though I have that message playing through my head as I post this, I really did this project more for me. I wish I had something like this of a typical day in my life from every year. How fun to look back and see what daily life was like when my kids were toddlers. So maybe it will inspire you to take on a similar project. Or maybe you will think I’m crazy that I treat my dogs like babies. Or you might shake your head and say, “booooorrring.” It’s okay. This is our life… right now.
