-rialee photography retains copyright to all images captured. It is illegal to scan, copy or reproduce the work of rialee photography in any manner or medium and punishable by law with fines starting at $150,000. As an artist, rialee photography wishes to have complete control over the final look of her client’s images, and scanned images damage her reputation as a photographer by distorting and devaluing the image quality. Thank you for respecting the work of rialee photography and choosing to not reproduce her images.

-images may be used as advertisment, including but not limited to use in my portfolio, website, blog, ads for magazines or newspapers, marketing materials or displays.

-online galleries expire after one week…it is highly recommended that you make your purchasing decisions within this timeframe. There is a $50 fee if you need your gallery reposted.

-only one order per gallery may be placed. It is your responsibility to collect other family member’s orders and place them with yours. They will all be packaged together and will need to be picked up together and distributed by you.

-any images not ordered will be deleted…ordered images are kept in an archive file for one year.

-there is a $250 minimum on all reorders… they may be placed up to one year after the initial order

-session fee is due at the time of the session.

-orders will be placed once payment in full is received. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

-due to the custom nature of the work, all sales are final.
