IT'S A NEW YEAR!

Hello 2022! Phew, it’s been awhile since I’ve posted anything! I took a little break over the holidays, then was sick for a little while and now it has just felt so hard to get back in the swing of things. There is still much to post from the end of last year and I’ve got lots of things to look forward to in the coming year. Our son will be graduated from college in May, plus we have a big WEDDING that month for our oldest daughter. So exciting! This summer I’ll be celebrated 15 years in business and we will continue our search for a little lake cabin for our family. I’m looking forward to a slow and easy summer and am planning to cut back on the number of sessions I take so you will need to make sure to contact me early if you know you are wanting a session this year. My senior schedule is pretty much already full even though I haven’t officially opened up my calendar for those sessions yet. My husband and I will also celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary this year so I would love to plan a little getaway for our family to commemorate. Lots of planning and celebrating for our family! Today I’m sharing a children’s session celebrating a special little girl turning TWO! For most of the session we were battling two-year-old attitude and were trying all the tricks with no luck. But just when we were ready to give up, we had a break-through and photos and smiling and dancing were FUN and I wish you could have heard our relieved laughter as we watched her have so much fun hamming it up for the camera. I just LOVE it when that happens! Fun little fact… the floral dress she is wearing is the same dress her MOM wore for HER two year photos!
